El Segundo, CA, USA, May 16, 2022: Observability software provider NexClipper Inc. introduces solution for OpenStack environments to specifically cater to the observability needs of customers using the popular open cloud computing platform.
OpenStack is a free, open standard cloud computing infrastructure software and one of the most active open source projects worldwide. Building on the experience of providing observability for cloud native and hybrid environments of large enterprises, NexClipper now introduces an OpenStack observability solution to the market that has been developed with the specific needs of OpenStack users in mind.
NexClipper’s OpenStack observability package consists of NexClipper’s observability stack (Prometheus, Grafana dashboards, alert manager, and exporters), logging and tracing capabilities as well as high availability support.
In addition to leveraging the power of proven open technology, the package also includes managed services based on NexClipper’s own open source projects: DS Switch supports high availability of Prometheus stacks and ExporterHub functions as an information hub for key Prometheus exporters.
“We had many conversations with customers from a variety of industries and learned a lot about their pain points when trying to implement observability in their OpenStack environment. Therefore, we are happy to now introduce a solution that specifically addresses those aspects effectively. We have always been dedicated to the open source community, and the package builds on exactly this expertise,” says Jerry Lee, Managing Director for Global Business at NexClipper Inc.
